DESCRIPTION:This month’s “Booook Tasting” Cooking Class is based on the silly tale\, A Bad Case of Stripes by David Shannon. Just like lima beans were a comfort food for the book’s protagonist\, Camilla\, we’re going to try our hand at baking a popular comfort food of our own…. pop tarts! While they’re baking\, we’ll also be crafting our own mini fruit pizzas on crackers to practice our fruit slicing skills. \n*Anyone with food allergy concerns Must contact Mrs. Cara no later than Oct. 1st! \n*For Ages 5-12 \n*All children Must be accompanied by an adult throughout the activity! \n*No registration required; all seating & supplies are first come\, first served!
